Club Re-Opening Rules and Guidelines
Effective Monday, June 29th, all Members will be required to wear masks upon entry and inside common areas of the club. All JNCC staff will be wearing face coverings with a few exceptions: tennis staff during on-court instruction, group fitness instructors during group classes and staff who are socially distanced within their offices. We at the John Newcombe Country Club are committed to keeping our staff and members safe in alignment with local and state mask guidelines, while continuing to provide the best experience as possible for our members.
PLEASE NOTE: These policies are subject to change as we receive new guidelines from local and state governments. Please bear with us as protocols continue to evolve. The safety of our members, guest and staff remains our top priority.

Lobby & Clubhouse
*Masks are required in lobby and clubhouse common areas, including but not limited to the JNCC facility entrance, passing through the facility, restrooms and hallways.*
As you enter the club, you'll notice a few things we've done to ensure proper social distancing. We've marked spaces six feet apart as you check in to the front desk. Please do not gather as a group and hang out in the lobby area. Feel free to go outside and socialize! Self Screening: In an effort to keep all of members safe, please perform a quick self-screening process before entering the club.
Have you or any members of your household had any of the following symptoms of possible COVID-19?
SHORTNESS OF BREATH OR DIFFICULTY BREATHING
REPEATED SHAKING WITH CHILLS
LOSS OF TASTE OR SMELL
FEELING FEVERISH OR MEASURED TEMPERATURE GREATER OR EQUAL TO 100.0 DEGREES
KNOWN CLOSE CONTACT WITH A PERSON WHO IS LAB CONFIRMED TO HAVE COVID-19
If you answered yes to 1 or more of these conditions, please refrain from entering John Newcombe Country for at least 72 hours.
Reservations available on the app and by calling front desk (during this time, we will be very busy using all staff to clean so best to us app for reservations). Please make sure you are calling ahead and not just dropping in. Please download and use the app to book your courts and be sure to include all members that will be playing with you on the court. We will have a $10 no-show fee for missed court bookings. For more information on our updated tennis procedures, click here.
Gym and Fitness Center
We’ve done our best to spread out equipment and turn off certain machines to allow proper social distancing. Each member is asked to disinfect the items they touch and maintain distance from fellow gym goers throughout the duration of the workout.
We will be offering group fitness on a limited level. We are only allowing 7 people to reserve a space in each indoor fitness class. Outdoor group fitness will have 12 spots available. A schedule will be released via the app soon! The group fitness room will be locked when there is not a class going on.
We will have limited spots available to reserve for the pool. You can book the pool for 1 hour and 45 minutes. If you book a pool reservation and no-show to it, we will charge a $10 fee but will waive the fee for 1st time offense. We will be cleaning this area before each reservation time slot and asking that all members that book a slot, please respect the employees when requested to pack up so we have time to sanitize the area.
Pool reservations are available for:
Families (Up to 5 people, if larger please call the front desk)
Pool lanes for laps will be open from 7am to close every day and available to be reserved. The only time the pool will be unavailable is during our 15 minute sanitization time.
Kids Club reservations are available through the JNCC app Monday through Saturday, with three time options available for each day: 8:00-9:30am, 9:30-11:00am, 11:00am-noon. There are 18 spots available for each time slot.
